I first met Michelle and Sam when my mom paid for them to have a portrait session in their brand new home as a closing gift. My mom had been their Realtor, and was one of my number one supporters when I was getting my photography business off the ground. As a result, Michelle and Sam were one of the first couples to grace the front of my lens. I will forever be grateful to them for putting their total trust in me and becoming one of my biggest and earliest supporters.

When Michelle reached out to me saying that she was pregnant and wanted to do an anniversary session with Sam in their wedding clothes before she started to show, I was over the moon with excitement! So we planned a date and picked a spot in the woods behind their home.

The day of their session was dreary and rainy, but Michelle and Sam did not let that deter them! We went out into the woods in the rain and they rocked their session, showering each other with love and affection as they looked toward their future as a family of three.
