Shervin has been a best friend of mine since high school, so I was beyond honored when she and her fiancé Jeremy asked me to be their wedding photographer. To add to that, they asked me to be their photographer when Taylor Elizabeth Photography was in its infancy, so to have their trust and confidence in me to capture their special day means everything to me.

Shervin and Jeremy live in Washington, D.C. so when we were planning her bridal session during a short visit to Houston we decided on an indoor venue in case of rain, because there would be no chance for a rain check! We ended up picking Fill In The Blank Studio as the backdrop for Shervin's bridals and I could not be happier with our decision! The simple and minimalistic backdrop draws your attention to Shervin's striking bridal beauty in a way that a busier backdrop never could.

I am so proud of and happy for my dear friend. She has grown into such a smart and beautiful woman and she has found her true partner in life. Shervin and Jeremy were married in a beautiful multicultural ceremony at The Omni Riverway in April and I cannot wait to share the story of their wedding day on my blog!!
